This technique allows you to masturbate the scrotum while masturbating the penis with your main hand all at the same time. In addition, you will have your secondary hand free to grab the scrotum (as shown in picture) or deeply massage the testicles as desired -- or anything else you want to do with your other hand.

The trick to perfecting this technique is to use the thumb and forefinger to slide along the back of the penis and all the way down to the back and underside of the scrotum. Try to keep the thumb and forefinger against the body the whole time and allow them to reach down as far as they will go so that you can feel them between your body (thighs) and scrotum.

NOTE: The area along the back side of the scrotum is usually overlooked in most masturbation techniques. It is actually a very sensual area. This method allows it to be explored.
